Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, rolls, and specialty dishes with consistency and attention to detail
Ensure all ingredients and food products meet quality and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized work station in compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service
Engage with guests (where applicable) to provide a memorable dining experience
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sushi Line Cook
