Position Overview:
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking cooks with a passion for great food, teamwork, and high standards. Whether prepping ingredients or cooking on the line, you’ll help create excellent dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
Line Cook Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and handling protocols are followed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams
Prep Cook Duties:
- Prep and portion food according to daily production needs
- Wash, chop, and organize ingredients efficiently
- Assist in kitchen setup, breakdown, and deep cleaning
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and guidelines accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Must have a personal knife kit
- Strong knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and food safety practices
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and cleanly under pressure
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
