Top Notch Delivery Service is seeking a dependable, professional, safety-conscious Non-CDL Box Truck Driver / Delivery Specialist to join our team.
We provide luxury white-glove receiving, delivery, placement, and installation services for high-end residential and commercial clients.
Our drivers are more than just drivers.
You will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles while also helping our team carefully load, unload, carry, protect, position, and install high-value furniture and specialty items.
This is NOT a typical package delivery or driving-only position.
Our work requires physical ability, attention to detail, professionalism, teamwork, and respect for our clients' homes and property.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a non-CDL box truck for local deliveries and transportation
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Safely load and secure furniture and other high-value items
- Load and unload trucks as part of a delivery team
- Carefully carry and maneuver furniture, artwork, mirrors, décor, and specialty pieces
- Assist with furniture placement and installation
- Work inside luxury homes, businesses, showrooms, and commercial properties
- Protect floors, walls, furniture, and client property during deliveries
- Follow delivery instructions and communicate with the team throughout each job
- Interact professionally with clients, designers, vendors, and other professionals
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area
- Complete deliveries safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
- Represent Top Notch Delivery Service professionally at every location
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record required
- Previous box truck driving experience preferred
- Experience in furniture delivery, moving, white-glove delivery, installation, logistics, or a related field preferred
- Must be comfortable driving a non-CDL box truck
- Must be able to safely lift and maneuver furniture and other items weighing 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable with frequent lifting, carrying, bending, standing, loading, and unloading
- Professional appearance and communication
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Ability to work respectfully inside high-end homes and professional environments
- Must be willing to assist with physical delivery and installation duties

Important
This is a physically demanding position. Drivers must be comfortable with frequent lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, standing, bending, and maneuvering large or heavy items.
This position requires much more than getting from Point A to Point B. Safe driving, careful handling, professional conduct, teamwork, and attention to detail are all essential parts of the job.
