About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with substantial trial experience to join our growing practice in the New York City metropolitan area. This is a fully in-office position ideal for a results-driven attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes litigation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Manage a full caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from inception through trial
2)Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
3)Draft and argue motions, including summary judgment motions
4)Handle all aspects of trial preparation and serve as first or second chair at trial
5)Evaluate cases for settlement and negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel
6)Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic case guidance
7)Collaborate with support staff, paralegals, and junior attorneys
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active ad
mission to the New York State Bar (New Jersey admission a plus)
5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
Proven first-chair or significant second-chair trial experience required
Strong deposition, negotiation, and courtroom skills
Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary up to $230,000, depending on experience
Bonus and/or commission structure based on performance and recoveries
