What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/ Chiropractic Assistant position at Top Notch Chiropractic?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist/chiropractic assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the chiropractor and providing exceptional patient care. We are a busy office helping people with headaches, migraines, vertigo, neck pain, low back pain, sciatica and disc issues. Most of these people have tried everything already, pain killers, muscle relaxers, PT, massage ect. We're often their final hope! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the community.
Experience in healthcare is a plus but not required, we will train you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
-Call/text back patients, contact potential new patients
- Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs, recording medical history.
- Provide excellent patient service, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the office
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing payments
- Assist with decompression table and note taking.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, restocking as needed
-Anything the office needs to keep everything running smooth
Skills:
- Strong patient service skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care

We are looking for someone that can be flexible with hours as we grow. Staff is in atleast 30min before open, and we stay approx 30min after close. We stop booking patients at noon and 6pm. However we are often still finishing up with patients and/or office tasks till about 30-45min after close so we need someone slightly flexible on when they get off. We are looking for someone that can stay till 7 to finish following up with potential new patients.

Tuesday 2:30-7pm
Wednesday 8:30-12:30pm 2:30-7pm
Thursday 8:30-12:30pm 2:30-7pm
Friday: Closed for patients. One staff member will work approx 9-noon on administrative tasks. This will rotate between staff
