Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of merchandise
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and stock levels
- Stock shelves, manage inventory, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with phone etiquette when handling customer calls and inquiries
- Support supervising staff in training new team members as needed
