We are looking for a motivated individual that can accurately maintain financial records and learn new skills quickly. Our ideal candidate is familiar with software like QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online and Excel, pays close attention to detail and can work independently. Candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently use bookkeeping software to post up-to-date financial transactions.
Match bills to POs, enter bills in QuickBooks then process weekly check run.
Input credit card transactions then reconcile statements.
Requirements:
Education: Bookkeeping Certificate, Accounting Degree or on the job experience
Flexible Work Schedule.
Pay will be based on experience.
THIS POSITION IS IN PERSON AT LEAST 3 DAYS PER WEEK. Some remote options available for additional days if applicable.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $52, $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
