What you’ll do
- Perform precise eyebrow threading services to shape and define brows according to client preferences.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for brow care.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
- Utilize salon software, including MINDBODY, to manage appointments and client records efficiently.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting beauty products that complement our services.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyebrow styling and other beauty treatments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish.
- Provide additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application as needed.
Basic qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license or certification in threading techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in esthetic laser treatment, body waxing, or other beauty services such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatment.
- Familiarity with salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and management.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within a salon environment.
- Skills in additional beauty treatments including dermabrasion, hair threading, barbering, nail care, or makeup application.
