We’re looking for a proven B2B sales professional who knows how to open doors, navigate RFPs, and close deals especially in the waste, municipal, or fleet industries.
This is a commission-only role (8%) with high-ticket deals recurring revenue, designed for someone who wants uncapped earning potential and can perform without hand-holding.
💼 What You’ll Be DoingYou will be responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals for our AI dashcams, mobile DVR systems, driver safety solutions, and TracFleet platform.
This includes:
- Selling hardware monthly SaaS subscriptions
- Running demos (Zoom/in-person)
- Managing RFPs, RFQs, and bid submissions
- Closing deals with waste companies, municipalities, and fleet operators
- Building relationships with Safety Directors, Fleet Managers, and Operations leaders
- 3 years B2B sales experience
- Experience in:
- Waste industry
- Fleet/telematics
- Government/municipal sales
- Strong understanding of RFP processes
- Proven ability to close deals independently
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
- 8% commission per deal
- High-value contracts (hardware recurring revenue)
