What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Operations Associate (Liquor Store) position at Top Liquors?
We are a well-established, family-owned liquor store in Roslindale looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Store Operations Associate to help run day-to-day floor operations.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and wants to grow into a long-term position with increased responsibility. While this is not a management role on day one, there is a clear path to a supervisory/managerial position for the right person.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations
- Keeping shelves stocked, organized, and presentable
- Receiving, organizing, and rotating inventory
- Monitoring inventory levels and helping prevent out-of-stocks
- Developing strong product knowledge (wine, spirits, beer)
- Maintaining a clean, professional sales floor
- Supporting daily store operations and closing/opening procedures as needed
