We are looking for a motivated and driven Industrial Sales Representative to help expand our presence throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Northern Mexico.
This is not a desk job.
We are looking for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, visiting manufacturing facilities, identifying opportunities, and developing long-term customer partnerships.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, comfortable prospecting, and capable of managing opportunities from initial contact through quote, sample approval, and production.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing and industrial markets.
- Visit existing and prospective customers throughout the border region.
- Build relationships with purchasing, engineering, quality, and operations personnel.
- Generate and follow up on quotations.
- Manage sales opportunities using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans.
- Reactivate dormant accounts and expand existing customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Industrial, manufacturing, packaging, printing, labels, MRO, automation, or related sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach.
- Ability to travel throughout the border region.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
