Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Bath Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, can lead installations with confidence, and is committed to delivering high-quality results on every project.
What You’ll Do
- Install acrylic shower and bath systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Lead installations in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas
- Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision and care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations
- 2–3 years of experience installing acrylic showers and baths
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Leadership ability and job site accountability
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work safely on ladders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
