Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your team assignment, your responsibilities may include:

• Starting conversations with homeowners in local neighborhoods.
• Introducing homeowners to Top Home Improvements and our services.
• Generating interest in windows, doors, roofing, and bath remodeling.
• Scheduling free in-home consultations for our sales team.
• Representing Top Home at local events, promotions, and community activities.
• Following proven scripts and marketing strategies.
• Working toward individual and team goals.
• Bringing enthusiasm, confidence, and a positive attitude to every interaction.

Our Available Teams

Neighborhood Marketing Team

Get out into local neighborhoods, meet homeowners, start conversations, and generate interest in our home improvement services.

Events & Promotions Team

Represent Top Home at local events, community gatherings, and promotional opportunities. Meet new people, create excitement, and help generate leads.
