Inventory Data Entry Associate – Gilroy, CA

About Us
Top Hobby LLC is a family-owned electronics and specialty parts company in Gilroy, CA. We buy, test, and resell electronic components, tools, and surplus items. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy individual to help us manage our growing inventory system.
Responsibilities
- Enter part numbers, quantities, and descriptions into our inventory software
- Maintain Excel or Google Sheets logs with accuracy
- Review and correct any data errors
- Label and organize stock and shelving areas
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits
- Generate simple reports and updates for management
- Learn new systems and processes quickly
Qualifications
- Strong computer and typing skills (Excel, Google Sheets, data entry)
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Fast learner with strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Inventory or warehouse experience a plus
- Interest in electronics or small parts is a bonus
