Top Gutter / Top Roofing & Exteriors is growing fast across North Atlanta, and we're adding a few experienced reps who can run an inspection, build the proposal and close at the kitchen table. If you're tired of splitting thin commissions or fighting for leads at a big roofing company, this is your shot.
What You'll Earn
- 40% of the profit on every roof you sell
- 30% of the profit on every gutter and gutter guard job
- 30% of every gutter cleaning you book
- Paid training on our products, pricing and process
- Experienced closers: $120K–$250K a year. No cap

What You'll Do
- Run roof and gutter inspections and show homeowners exactly what's going on
- Build proposals and close deals in the home
- Work your own leads and the ones we hand you
- Follow up until it's a yes or a clear no
- Help train newer reps on the door
Who We Want
- 1 year of roofing, exterior or home improvement sales, or 2 years of any in-home sales
- You know how to close and you don't need your hand held
- Comfortable on a ladder and on a roof, or quick to learn
- Reliable vehicle and a smartphone
- Competitive, coachable and money-motivated
