What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Team Lead Split 2nd/3rd Shift (9PM - 5AM) position at Top Gun Staffing Inc?
1. Maintenance team leaders are responsible for supporting technical maintenance issues and projects.
Reports to the maintenance supervisor to ensure objectives and timelines are met. Also works in a team environment to support and train other maintenance staff.

C. Physical Demands/Workplace Conditions
1. Ability to travel to vendors for equipment training, validation and/or process trials.
2. Exposure to environmental extremes depending on the season and location of the work.
3. Must be flexible and willing to work any schedule as needed.
D. Skills, Education and Credential Requirements
1. 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with relevant technical training
2. Ability to communicate; writes and speaks in a clear and understandable manner
3. Familiar with and utilizes Lean Manufacturing Principles including 5S and supports kaizen.
4. Understanding of ladder logic and basic PLC knowledge
5. Ability to read and interpret schematics
6. Computer literate
7. Leadership experience preferred
E. Responsibilities
1. Accountable plant wide for progress toward safety, quality and production goals
2. Must be able to troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and other facility equipment such as injection presses, compressed air, chilled water, HVAC and robotic cells.
3. Must be able to work with concepts when drawings and specifications are not available.
4. Installation, modification and fabrication of equipment and systems as directed.
5. Use electrical test equipment as needed to resolve equipment issues.
6. Repair and rebuild mechanical components.
7. Ability to fabricate; use of welders and metal cutting equipment.
8. Implement continuous improvement projects to improve plant KPI's.
9. Other duties as assigned
