Top Gun Staffing is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated regional position!
Pay & Miles
- $0.65 per mile
- Average 2,500–2,800 miles per week
- Eligible for up to $0.08 CPM monthly performance & safety bonus
- Direct deposit
- $250 orientation pay after 2 weeks
Home Time
- Home every weekend
- Occasionally home after 3–4 days out
- Drivers may park their truck and trailer at home if they have a safe place to do so
Route
Dedicated regional routes running between Neenah, WI to:
- Florence, AL
- Cherokee, AL
- Lawrenceburg, TN
- Danville, KY
- Return to Neenah, WI
West Coast deliveries are very rare.
Equipment
- 2024–2026 International LT trucks
- Automatic transmissions
- 53' dry van trailers
- No-touch freight
- Trucks governed at 68 MPH on pedal / 70 MPH on cruise
- Dual-facing cameras; interior camera is only active while the truck is running

Requirements
- Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience
