Job Skills / Requirements

QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER/DISPATCHER 

Job Title:            Quality Assurance/Field Supervisor             

Reports to:         Director of OPS         Hours:   40

Status:                FT Hourly (non-exempt)                           

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. 1. To visit and do a quality assurance inspection of each manned site on a regular basis for compliance with all policies and procedures.
   2. To Document all Site Visits in E-Hub and/or Complete Report.
   3. To provide emergency relief to officers as needed.
   4. To assure that we are providing a quality service to our customers meeting all our commitments and duties.
   5. To Train/Guide and Mentor the Security officers with their job duties and responsibilities.
   6. To be an immediate response service when requested by any of the dispatchers or operations management team.

Certification Requirements (All)

Must have DCJS Armed card and Training completion forms
Must have clear criminal history for background investigation
