Job Skills / Requirements
Applications are being accepted for candidates who have experience recruiting, interviewing, testing, advertising, and placing applicants in positions that best fit their experience. Qualified candidates must also have extensive knowledge of personnel policies and procedures, and federal/state laws regarding employment practices.
Job Duties included but are not limited to:
Reading and reviewing applications and choosing applicants that meet qualifications for our positions
Conduct phone screens with qualified applicants
Conduct face to face interviews to ensure applicants meet company standards
Conduct testing on applicants for positions they are being considered for
Provide drug testing to applicants being considered for hire Prepares employment offer letter that is presented to the applicant if offered employment
Create recruitment strategies to ensure that the company attracts a variety of qualified candidates for open position.
Develop and place employment ads for a variety of media to pursue potential applicants.
Participate in job fairs given by colleges, universities and other organizations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting in a service industry setting
Strong time management and organization skills with ability to multi-task and work independently
Solid personal computer knowledge and ability to use essential technology (databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and email) effectively and efficiently
Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing Valid driver’s license
