QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer (QAO)
Reports to: QAO Supervisor/Director of OPS Hours: 40
Status: FT Hourly (non-exempt)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- To visit and do a quality assurance inspection of each manned site on a regular basis for compliance with all policies and procedures.
- To Document all Site Visits in E-Hub and/or Complete Report.
- To provide emergency relief to officers as needed. All Quality Assurance officers will receive 3-5 days of training with a Senior QAO.
DUTIES: - To assure that we are providing a quality service to our customers meeting all our commitments and duties.
- To Train/Guide and Mentor the Security officers with their job duties and responsibilities.
- To be an immediate response service when requested by any of the dispatchers or operations management team.
- Full time QAO’s will typically work a regular 40-hour work week but may also require additional hours as necessary to accomplish the essential functions of the job and/or special needs of the company and its clients. This will include evening, nights, weekends, and during times of inclement weather, and emergencies.
- To visit and do a quality assurance inspection of each manned site on a regular basis for compliance with all policies and procedures.
- To Document all Site Visits in E-Hub and/or Complete Report.
- To provide emergency relief to officers as needed.
- To fill certain positions because of unexpected openings. Dispatch and operations will do everything to make sure you get relieved so you can continue with Quality Assurance duties outlined in this SOP.
- Upon Arrival at the site, inspect the officer, and make sure they have a complete understanding of their job duties and the SOP on site.
- To train new officers on site duties and the use of Complete Report/Silver Trac & Ehub.
- To report back to the appropriate account manager any disciplinary issues found during a visit with an officer. Quality Assurance officers will never discipline or remove someone from post without proper approval from the account manager or the on-call manager.
- To Provide routine tasks as requested.
