Job description:-Utilizing independent judgment and discretion to manage, supervise and direct all Logistic department employees overseeing the safety efficient, and timely workflow and warehousing of goods; actively implements-Hiring, discipline, and termination of employees-Manages and oversees all aspects of the Logistics Department, including operations, administration, inventory, and personnel.-Responsible for understanding and maintaining compliance under SQF, HACCP program, GMPs, and AIB gold standards.-Identifies, documents, and implements opportunities for continuous improvement.-Manages the supply chain, interfacing with vendors, third-party providers, and the materials/supply chain system.-Prepares all required reports and correspondence.-Oversees and reviews all Logistics metrics and targets daily.-Develops, implements, and monitors department budget; manages expenses within approved budget constraints. Qualifications:-BS/BA degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience.-5 years of warehouse/distribution, inventory control, and logistics management experience is required.-Experience in Asian food industry-Strong working knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.-Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.Company DescriptionWe are a Talent Acquisition/People Operation (HR) group that connects people to careers and professional growth.
