Responsibilities:

・Supporting the sending of invoices to customers and the closing of business deals

・Enter purchase order (PO) details into QuickBooks and Excel

・Sales and Purchasing Delivery Schedule Management and Coordination

・Product procurement coordination with group factories, sales coordination with customers.

・Arrange samples for customers

・Manage assigned customers, provide high-quality service, and maintain relationships.

・Product packaging and shipping arrangements

・Translation services for internal and external documents between Japanese and English

・Product procurement contact for the Mexico factory

・Sales and order amount aggregation, data submission to Japan headquarters

・Planning for the Next Fiscal Year's Sales Budget

・Retention of Sales-Related Documents for J-SOX Compliance

・Credit reference for new business partners

Requirement

・Japanese/English (Business level), Conversation level Spanish (BIG PLUS)

・It would be better if you could understand the Japanese meeting content.

・Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

・Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is preferred.

・Excellent customer service and communication skills
