Our client, a global Japanese Semiconductor manufacturer is looking for a field service engineer to join their team in Taylor TX. This position will require frequent travel.

Salary: Depending on Experience of candidate between 90-100k
Requirements
- Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree
- Japanese language skills are a plus
- At least one year of related experience in an electrical engineering or mechanical engineering related role
- Technical product knowledge and ability to communicate professionally with customers and team
- Experience in installation, maintenance and sustaining capital equipment
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call work as needed
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Duties
- Provide support and maintenance for company products
- Inspect, maintain and manages local service structure
- Troubleshoot, train and act as a liaison with customers
- Provide preventative or on-call maintenance to customer's equipment within a given area.
- Will generally work on assigned machinery and assist on new products.
- Install the machines by working together with movers and electricians. Report any quality issues to Field Service Manager.
