Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Lawn Care Crew Member to join our landscaping team. This role focuses on maintaining and improving outdoor spaces through lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape support. The ideal candidate enjoys outdoor work, has mechanical aptitude, and takes pride in producing high-quality results. Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is required. Responsibilities
- Mow lawns and operate power equipment to maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Perform landscape maintenance, including trimming, pruning, and basic tree care
- Operate landscaping and construction equipment for site preparation and hardscape installation
- Safely use hand and power tools for a variety of projects
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
- Support installation and repair of hardscape features such as patios and walkways
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related outdoor work
- Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools
- Basic knowledge of horticulture and tree care preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift heavy materials
- Experience with snow plowing or hardscaping is a plus
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license or relevant certifications preferred
