Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator / Project Manager at our Holland, MI location. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate construction and project cost estimates, managing budgets, overseeing project timelines, and collaborating with various teams to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. Additional responsibilities include effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, as well as resource allocation and monitoring project progress to meet safety, quality, and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
• Expertise in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, safety protocols, and best practices
• Proficiency with construction software and project management tools is a plus
• Leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant experience in site or construction project management preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus.
