About Us
WYE by Top Gift is a growing phone repair and mobile accessories retailer. We specialize in helping customers with phone accessories, device protection, and repair services. We believe great customer service and sales skills are more important than repair experience. If you’re motivated and willing to learn, we’ll teach you the technical side.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every customer with a friendly attitude.
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell accessories such as screen protectors, chargers, cases, and other mobile products.
- Explain our repair services and answer customer questions.
- Learn basic phone and tablet repairs through paid on-the-job training.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions.
- Restock merchandise from our company website inventory.
- Keep shelves, displays, and the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Help achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Work as part of a team to provide an excellent customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable talking with customers and recommending products.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Training
No phone repair experience? No problem.
