Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people onto the property.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to ensure comprehensive coverage of the area.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required, ensuring proper protocols are followed during incidents.
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
- Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
