Responsibilities:
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, AC, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Ensure proper system operation by performing start-ups, testing, and troubleshooting
- Follow industry safety standards and company policies to ensure job site safety
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure quality service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles and tools
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system operations & maintenance
Requirements:
- 3 years of HVAC installation experience preferred - Boiler experience a plus!
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
