We are a growing market leader that provides the highest quality fitness equipment. We are currently hiring a full-time Retail Store Manager for our Natick, MA location.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure outstanding customer service.
- Train and supervise store teams.
- Lead by example in sales and customer service
- Maintain customer contacts, follow up on leads.
- Address customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Responsible for coaching, development and opportunities
- Comply with company policies and guidelines.
- Communicate with buyer on stock levels.
- Facilitate inventory counts.
- Prepare and execute on all promotional materials
- Cultivate professional and courteous relationships with delivery and service companies.
ADDITIONAL:
- Position full time 40hours plus
- Open availability including Weekends.
- Paydays are 5th and 20th.
- The position is base plus commission.
- Benefits, and paid vacation.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
