Purpose and Contribution to the Company Strategy
The purpose of this role is managing the companys financial transactions by ensuring timely processing of invoices. Ensuring the effective execution of the global credit control protocol, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in managing accounts receivable. This role requires strong attention to detail, timely communication, and proactive risk assessment to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing
- Execute and follow up on the invoicing procedure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide relevant support to accounts for invoicing-related matters.
- Monitor and allocate invoicing payments.
- Facilitate the vendor setup process for Top Employers with clients.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for the invoicing process.

Qualification Criteria
25 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or risk assessment.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong Excel skills (financial analysis, credit risk assessment).
Experience with credit control tools and / or automated risk assessment software will be a plus.
Strong negotiation and communication skills for dealing with international clients.
Problem-solving mindset to resolve disputes and overdue payments.
Positive attitude and team player.
