As the largest and most professional private driving school in Illinois, Top Driver is expanding our team to meet growing student demand. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join us as Behind-the-Wheel and Classroom Driver Education Instructors.

What You'll Do

• Teach engaging classroom and/or behind-the-wheel driver education lessons
• Coach and motivate teens as they develop safe driving skills
• Create a positive, supportive learning environment
• Help students gain confidence and prepare for a lifetime of safe driving
• Deliver Top Driver's proven curriculum using our educational tools and resources

Flexible Scheduling

We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling based on seasonal demand.

• Part-Time opportunities available (8 hours per week)
• Full-Time opportunities available (30 hours per week)
• Positions available at several locations, including our convenient Ottawa classroom location at Marquette Academy
• Typical schedules include after-school, evening, and weekend hours during the school year
• Sunday availability is highly preferred, as it is our busiest day
• Additional daytime hours may be available during summer months and school breaks

Comprehensive Training & Support

No instructor is expected to jump in unprepared. Top Driver provides an extensive instructor training program to ensure you feel confident and fully equipped before working independently with students.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
