Pay, Perks & Training

• $15.50–$17.50 per hour in total earnings, including bonuses and average tips. Tips and bonuses vary.

Your Schedule

We’re hiring for 10–20 hours per week.

You must be available:

• Monday–Friday during the day, usually 9 a.m.–2 p.m. or 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
• One weekend per month.

You’ll need to keep these daytime hours open so we can count on you for scheduled visits. This is an outdoor job in every season, including hot, cold, and rainy days.

What You’ll Do

You’ll drive between client homes to:

• Walk dogs and give them time to sniff and explore.
• Visit puppies for potty breaks and playtime.
• Care for cats.
• Give pets food, fresh water, and medication as directed.
• Help with pet sitting visits while clients are away.
• Send photos and short updates after each visit.

What You’ll Need

• A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
• A smartphone that can run our scheduling app.
• Comfort with dogs of different sizes and energy levels.
• To be at least 18 years old.
• A commitment to stay in the role for at least six months.
