Position Overview
Top Dog Training & Resort is looking for a reliable, responsible, and dog-loving Transportation Specialist to safely transport dogs between their homes and our facility. This role is essential to delivering a high-quality experience for both our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely pick up and drop off dogs from clients’ homes according to scheduled routes
- Ensure all dogs are properly secured during transport
- Follow detailed schedules and communicate any delays or issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service during client interactions
- Monitor dogs for safety and comfort during transport
- Assist with basic handling (loading/unloading dogs safely)
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments
- Strong reliability and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Excellent communication and professionalism with clients and team members
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle active dogs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with dogs (daycare, boarding, training, vet, etc.)
- Familiarity with the Hillsborough and surrounding areas
