Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (7:30 AM–2:30 PM or 8:30 AM–3:30 PM) with occasional weekend shifts
Pay: Starting at $22/hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do: Duties and Responsibilities
🚐 Drive & Transport Dogs: Safely pick up and drop off dogs in company vans along established routes.
🌲 Lead Off-Leash Adventures: Supervise and engage groups of dogs during off-leash play at our Montara ranch.
📸 Capture the Fun: Take photos and share quick daily updates with clients using our mobile app.
🧼 Keep It Clean: Maintain a tidy, safe vehicle and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
🐶 Keep Learning: Complete Dog Walker University, Pet CPR/First Aid, and ongoing training in dog behavior and handling.
What We’re Looking For
Dog Lover: You’re passionate about canine care and positive-reinforcement training.
Dependable & Safety-Minded: Always on time and committed to safety and professionalism.
Experienced Driver: Confident driving a van in SF traffic (5 years of city driving preferred).
Team Player: Great communication, attention to detail, and reliability.
Active & Outdoorsy: Comfortable walking, bending, lifting (up to 70 lbs), and working in all weather.
Requirements
Valid California Driver’s License (Class C) and clean driving record
Smartphone (iOS or Android) for communication and reporting
Comfortable managing up to 15 dogs at once (with assistant support)
Ability to work outdoors year-round
