Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation (sanding, scraping, patching, masking)
- Staining and sealing wood and log homes
- Pressure washing (when needed)
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Following project timelines and quality standards
Requirements
- 3 year painting experience preferred (will train the right person)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and shows up on time
- Ability to work on ladders and lifts
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions
Preferred (not required)
- Log home experience
- Crew lead or foreman experience
- Drywall or carpentry experience
- Power washing experience
