Top Choice Lawn Care is a fast-growing, family-owned lawn care company taking care of the twin-cities suburbs.

We are looking for hard-working, motivated, quality individuals with positive attitudes to fill technician positions. Lawn Technicians are responsible for servicing and administering of lawn care products to our residential and commercial lawns.

Responsibilities:

Ability to apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns according to schedule

MN pesticide license or ability to pass mandatory state exam (study material provided)

Valid MN driver's license and clean driving record

Drive company vehicle to customer locations

Ability to maintain company vehicle inside and out

Maintain a professional appearance

Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. (8-10 hrs. per day)

Positive attitude, as customer service is key to maintaining a great relationship with our customers both residential and commercial

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Work independently, or as a team

Attention to detail is CRITICAL

Must be able to pass a DOT physical

Preferred Skills:

Agriculture, horticulture, or general lawn work background

Familiarity of the Twin Cities area

Self-Starter

Customer Service Skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Physical stamina to preform manual labor in various weather conditions
