Top Choice Construction and Roofing is growing, and we are looking for experienced Carpenters and Laborers to join our team.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality work and are ready to be part of a busy construction and roofing company.

Pay:

$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Perform general construction and carpentry work
Assist with roofing, remodeling, repairs, and job site preparation
Measure, cut, install, and repair building materials
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
Work with crews to complete projects efficiently and professionally
Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers

Qualifications:

Carpentry or construction experience preferred
Roofing experience is a plus
Must be dependable and show up on time
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Ability to lift materials and work in outdoor conditions
Reliable transportation preferred
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
