Description:

• This field-based clinical representative is responsible for providing customer support, clinical education, and administrative assistance while partnering closely with Territory Manager(s). The position focuses on improving order processing efficiency, supporting revenue cycle initiatives, educating healthcare providers, and strengthening customer relationships throughout an assigned territory.
• Educate healthcare providers and office staff on medical order requirements and documentation processes.
• Partner with internal support teams to improve order accuracy and streamline workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve electronic medical record (EMR) integration and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to develop clinical champions within customer accounts.
• Prioritize competing clinical objectives—including patient care planning, transitions of care, documentation, and therapy completion—using sound clinical judgment.
• Provide guidance to providers and staff regarding the most appropriate path forward for patient care.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years of hospital, heart failure, nursing, or related clinical experience.
• Experience navigating hospital workflows, collecting clinical documentation, and interacting confidently with physicians, healthcare providers, and patients.

Travel Requirements:

• Field-based role supporting hospitals, physician offices, and healthcare facilities throughout an assigned territory.
• Approximately 80% travel within the assigned geography.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Compensation:

Base salary $85-105K Plus health/dental Car allowance Expenses
