Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated PRINT Customer Service Representative for a top brand print franchise in Oceanside, California who can live in to our company values of personalized service, quick order turnaround times, and providing high quality print products. You will be supported by a in-house print production expert with the best-in-class digital and large format printers and strongly committed supply chain. You will report to a 30-year corporate veteran who will provide a professional work environment and help you grow in your position by striving for excellence through continuous improvement (Kaizen).

We serve local businesses and corporations in the communities of Oceanside, Vista and San Marcos. We support our customers by going the extra mile to build long-term relationships. We are a local business with a 5-star Google Rating.

Duties

• Handle sales calls and provide custom quotes. Enter incoming orders.
• Extensive follow-up communication for order entry updates, order status, and product questions.
• Become an expert in using the in-house print management software.
• Read print specifications, identify print products and understand customer needs.
• Drive business through upselling/cross selling other products to retail and corporate customers as an advisor.
• Ensures timely execution of quotes, order entry, and support work in progress to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Work within established policies and procedures, with sound judgment.
• Make recommendations and cross-sell over the phone using product availability information.
• Composed and enthusiastic phone voice with good articulation.
• Primary communication will be executed via email & phone with customers and accounts.
• Quote and order entry must be done within a window of 2 hours.
• Be self confident.

Requirements

• Print industry and print product knowledge is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Must be well-versed in MS Office to include Outlook and Google Sheets.
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is preferred.
• Possess a courteous and professional phone manner.
• Energy for work and passion for growing a print business.
• Must be objective, self-motivated and a team player.
• Be open to learning by supporting print production when needed.
• Ability to multi-task and be organized.
• Part-time position - expect to work 30 hours a week. Flexible 5-hour window between 9AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday.

• The Hiring range pay for this position is $18 - $23 depending on experience. This is a 1099 contract position.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
