We’re Hiring: Helper Position
We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Helper to join our growing team. Each of our crews is made up of two people—a lead technician and a helper—who work together to provide services such as air duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance, dryer vent cleaning, and insulation installation.
This is a great opportunity to learn a valuable trade, build hands-on skills, and grow with our company. No experience is required—we provide all the training you’ll need.
What You’ll Do HVAC & AIR DUCT CLEANING HELPER/LABOR
- Assist the technician on-site with residential and commercial projects
- Handle equipment and tools, and help ensure each job is completed to our high standards
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
What We’re Looking For HVAC & AIR DUCT CLEANING HELPER/LABOR
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and using various tools
- Physically capable of handling equipment and being on your feet throughout the day
- Attention to detail for thorough, quality work
- No high school diploma or college degree required
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday to Saturday, typically 8:00 AM to around 6:00 PM
- Work at multiple residential and commercial locations across Chicagoland
- Personal protective equipment provided
