Construction Foreman

Here at Tooz Construction we are dedicated to building the best for our customers. We opened our doors in 1968 and in the years since we have become one of the best general contractors in North Dakota specializing in commercial metal buildings.

We are currently looking for a Concrete Superintendent to coordinate and oversee daily operations of our concrete crews. You will be in charge of making sure daily tasks get achieved in a timely manner, communicating to your crew what is expected and coordinating and overseeing multiple crews at various job sites.

Essential Job Functions:

· You will collaborate with the Project Managers and interpret drawings with them to ensure plans are carried out in the field.

· Coordination of subcontracts, crews of 5-10 laborers, and essential job site tasks.

· Plan inspections, pours, pumping, concrete.

· Be able to operate equipment including but not limited to a skidsteer, excavator, power tools and screeds.

Experience Requirements:

· You must have at least 5 years’ experience with building construction.

· You must be able to read and interpret a set of drawings.

· You must have own basic tools

· You must have a valid Driver’s License.

· Spanish as a second language a plus

· OHSA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus.

• 6AM
