Tootsies–Houston is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Stylist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative sales professional with a genuine enthusiasm for fashion and luxury retail. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that requires qualified candidates to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and evening events.
As a Stylist at Tootsies, you will:
- Greet and acknowledge all customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Assist and balance multiple customers simultaneously, providing exceptional service.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Participate in and support store events.
- Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team and store.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of previous sales experience; luxury environment preferred.
- Previous experience working in a commissioned sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly demeanor are essential.
- Maintain a fashionable, styled appearance each day.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
