We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Certified Dental Technician (CDT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional understanding of dental anatomy, an eye for color and form, and proficiency in both traditional and modern digital laboratory workflows.
Review and analyze physical impressions or digital intraoral scans to determine appropriate case design.
Utilize advanced laboratory technology, including 3Shape, exocad, and dental scanners.
Examine completed cases against structural design rules, margin accuracy, and bite alignments to guarantee zero-defect quality control.
Collaborate directly with prescribing dentists to clarify specifications or handle complex custom shade cases.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment while strictly adhering to safety and sterilization protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certified Dental Technician (CDT) designation is required (NBC certification).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience active in a commercial dental laboratory environment.
- Strong mastery of dental anatomy, occlusion, morphology, and color theory.
- Experience with digital impressions is highly preferred.
- Excellent manual dexterity and vision capability to manage minute, intricate detailing.
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
