Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service is hiring a high-performance Dental Front Office Coordinator who takes ownership of schedule productivity, insurance claims follow-through, and converting patient inquiries into scheduled appointments.
This is not a passive front desk role. This position is responsible for keeping the schedule full, driving new patient acquisition, and ensuring insurance claims are submitted and followed through to completion.

Responsibilities
Patient Scheduling & Lead Conversion
Answer inbound patient inquiries and convert leads into scheduled appointments
Follow up with unscheduled treatment and patient inquiries
Maintain a full provider schedule and minimize gaps
Manage cancellations and quickly fill openings
Track new patient inquiries and conversion rates
Insurance Claims & Follow-Up
Submit dental insurance claims accurately and promptly
Follow up on outstanding claims and unpaid balances
Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status
Work with patients regarding insurance coverage and payment expectations
Maintain accurate documentation and claim tracking
Patient Acquisition & Practice Growth
Convert new patient inquiries into scheduled visits
Follow up with prospective patients who have not scheduled
Support marketing and referral initiatives that drive new patient growth
Administrative Operations
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate communication between patients and clinical team
Support insurance verification and billing when needed
Ensure smooth daily operations for the clinical team
Patient Experience
Deliver a professional, welcoming experience for patients

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year dental front office experience required
Experience with dental insurance claims submission and follow-up
Experience scheduling patients in a dental practice
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients
Sales mindset and ability to convert inquiries into scheduled patients
Familiarity with dental software preferred (Eaglesoft)
