Key Responsibilities
- Present dental treatment plans clearly, confidently, and compassionately
- Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage, estimates, and financial options to patients
- Coordinate scheduling and follow-up for recommended treatment
- Serve as a key point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Communicate closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure seamless care
- Provide a welcoming, calm, and professional front-office experience
- Handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and electronically with empathy and efficiency
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a dental office (required)
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, claims, and benefit breakdowns
- Experience with treatment coordination and case presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, positive, and bubbly personality with a professional demeanor
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred
