Mitch’s General Manager:
The General Manager takes ownership of the restaurant by:
Maintaining inventory
Ordering product
Creating crew member work schedule
Minimizing fresh food waste
Hiring, training and supervising crew members
Following the Dashboard “build to” schedule
Monitoring profitability of deli food service offerings
The General Manager will work the main food hours to maintain sufficient and consistent food offerings to our guests. Ensuring all crew members are following City and or State food handling protocol.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Be able to work days including early mornings, weekends and holidays, as required for assigned shift/store
Prepared to be willing to work alone
Have reliable transportation to report to work on time
Have reliable telephone service and be able to return telephone calls in a timely manner
Successfully pass all compliance related required training
