What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Representative position at Toot'n Totum Food Stores, LLC?
Summary of Job Functions: The Guest Service Representative (GSR) endeavors to make every guest visit a pleasant, fast, and enjoyable experience. The GSR serves guests in a polite, courteous, professional manner. The GSR’s assist the store management team in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the location.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS preferred:
No prior experience required
Education/Training preferred:
No minimum
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to work days, evenings, midnights, weekends and holidays, as required for assigned shift/store
Must be prepared and willing to work alone
Must be able to multi-task
Must be willing to legally sell age restricted products such as alcoholic beverages, tobacco and lottery tickets
Must successfully pass TABC certification and re-certify every two years
TRAINING PROVIDED BY TOOT’N TOTUM
TABC certification (training is 3.5 hours)
Tobacco certification (training is 2 hours)
Computer based customer service (training is 8 hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
