With a commitment to quality, community, and customer service, we take pride in creating vibrant and welcoming communities where people love to live.What makes you a great fit:Positive, professional, and service-oriented.Reliable, trustworthy, and willing to go the extra mile.Energetic, upbeat, and people-focused.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, greet prospects, and conduct property tours.Adhere to company policies, fair housing laws, core values of Toonen Companies, and tenant-landlord regulations.Explain policies, community rules, and lease terms to residents.Address resident needs, including service requests and move-out procedures.Conduct property inspections and ensure rule compliance.Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of the property.Support marketing initiatives to promote the property and attract new residents.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or sales is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with property management software is a plus.Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (we pay for mileage).Ability to work independently and with a team.Toonen Companies offers competitive wages with a performance bonus potential.
