About The Team
People spend fifteen seconds with an Orb, but a lifetime with the World App. As such, the App team plays a critical role in fulfilling our mission. Using the App, people can join the World network, participate in decentralized finance in a friendly and self-custodial manner, and use their WorldID to unlock services across the ecosystem.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $153,500 - $195,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. About The Team

Quality Engineers within World App will both:
- Own and drive end-to-end quality improvements
- Embed directly in our product engineering squads to bring quality to the entire product development process
- Introduce and own testing automation frameworks and best practices
- Implement and maintain a suite of core automation testing that covers core flows such as onboarding, verification
- Partner with project teams - produce and implement an automation testing plan alongside feature development
- Manual quality assurance - triage reports, assist in reproducing issues
- Contribute across all platforms directly - leaning on AI tooling, we expect our QEs to fix simple issues and integrate automation testing directly across Android, iOS, and even backend.
- Experience with introducing/owning quality tools, frameworks, and culture
- Cross functional experience - working with PMs, localization, legal, support, etc
- Leadership/mentorship/training experience with junior engineers
- Experience with development on Android and iOS
- Experience with automation testing frameworks
- Experience with AI tooling for programming
- Self-starting, high agency and initiative
