What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driller /Aluminum Cutting / Fabrication - 1st Shift position at Tooling Technology, LLC?
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to help cut aluminum plate and I-beam for custom tooling and fabrication projects. This role involves working with a variety of tools and materials in a shop environment where every day is different.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut aluminum plate and I-beam to specified dimensions
- Safely operate equipment such as a saw, drill press, and other shop tools
- Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure accurately
- Assist with general shop duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team on projects
Qualifications:
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately (essential)
- Experience using a drill press, saw, and basic hand tools
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a non-production, custom fabrication environment
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
